Product Description Our company mainly produces hydraulic cylinders, high-precision cold-drawn pipes, and inner-hole boring and rolling steel pipes. Our products are widely used in hydraulic cylinders, engineering machinery, oil pipelines, textile machinery, gas cylinders, etc. The company is well-equipped and has excellent technology. It has 3 sets of cold-drawn units with drawing forces of 150T, 250T, and 600T, which can meet the drawing processing of pipe diameters ranging from φ45-630mm.

Production Equipment There is one pickling, phosphating, and saponification production line, which has acid mist treatment in accordance with environmental protection requirements and can meet the processing of 200 tons of steel pipes per shift. At the same time, it is equipped with 2 heat treatment furnaces and 2 high-precision multi-roller straightening machines, with a straightening accuracy of 0.3mm/M. There should be multiple inner-hole scraping and rolling equipment to meet the boring and rolling processing within a diameter of 40-630mm and a length of 6000mm.
