Product Description
1. Strictly select the procurement channels, choose high-strength materials from domestic high-quality steel mills such as Shanghai Baosteel and Daye Steel, and develop reasonable heat treatment and welding processes to ensure that the cylinder has extremely high pressure resistance performance under high pressure and heavy load. 2. We have a variety of perfect surface treatment processes, including milky white chromium+hard chromium, tin bronzethard chromium, bronze plating on inner holes, laser cladding of stainless steel on the inner and outer circles, and melting copper on inner holes, to meet the different needs of customers.
3. The equipment is complete and the process is perfect, capable of processing products with cylinder diameters ranging from φ 63 to φ 630. It has special processes such as heat treatment, electroplating, and automatic painting lines, and has full process processing capabilities.
4. Customized designs can be made according to customer needs.
