Raw Material Inspection:The material of raw materials is detected by carbon and sulfur analyzers and spectrometers.
Material Performance Inspection:The tensile strength, yield strength, hardness and other properties of the material are tested by the material tensile test bench,Brinell hardness tester, Vickers hardness tester and other equipment.
Process Inspection:The geometric shape, shape and position tolerance and finish of semi-finished products are detected by three coordinates, profilometer and ultrasonic roughness meter.
Chrome Plating Control:The thickness, hardness and corrosion resistance of the product coating are tested by ultrasonic hardness tester, ultrasonic thickness gauge and salt spray test bench.
