Replacement Excavator Hydraulic Cylinders:

 

 1.The product range covers 6 tons to 50 tons excavator cylinder, cylinder diameter range is φ 85-φ190mm, length is 3000mm. Piston rod diameter range is φ45-φ135mm, length is 3000mm. Products can be customized according to customer requirements. 

2.First class production equipment: friction welding machine imported from Japan, a full set of NC equipment imported from Korea, eight head polishing machine, robot welding machine, cylinder assembly machine, piston rod assembly machine, testing machine, etc. which strictly ensure the accuracy of the products.

Classification of excavator hydraulic cylinder: small tonnage cylinder (6T-12T), medium tonnage cylinder (15T-24T), large tonnage cylinder (above 24T)

Small tonnage excavator cylinder, suitable for pressure of 27.5 Mpa, working environment temperature -20ºC~120ºC (cold area temperature is -40ºC~100ºC).
Medium and large tonnage excavator cylinder, with applicable pressure of 34.3Mpa, working temperature of -20ºC~120ºC(cold area is -40ºC~100ºC).

Wantong Hydraulic warrants all cylinders to be free from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 14 months

 Hydraulic cylinder problems occur at warranty period:

(1) New cylinder replace;
(2) price discount in the next order;
(3) the "repair fee" pay: repair fee required to within a reasonable range: the cost of wantong repair problem hydraulic cylinder < repair fee < the cost of production of a new hydraulic cylinder;
(4) for strategic customers, one to one special treatment.

Q1:What's the brand name of your products ?

Q2:Hydraulic cylinder internal leakage?

A: There are 3 main reasons causing internal leakage :Overload,polishing is not well controlled,bad seal kits.As is known to all,vehicles in China are often overload,our products all designed to  bear the overload power.We have numerical control machine  to assure the polish processing .And we use the imported seals to meet customers' demands.

 

Q3:Does your piston rod get ruptured easily?

A: Hard chrome plating quenched and tempered 45# steel for piston rod to assure sufficient hardness and toughness.

 

Q4:Is your design reasonable? What about your product safe coefficient?

A:We have R&D team with abundant design experience. We also established production, education, and research cooperation with universities . Rest assured.

 

Q5:What about the quality feedback of your products?

A: Guarantee the quality from the raw material. We have cold drawing production line and nickel-chrome electroplating production line , so we can produce cold-drawing pipe and hard-chrome pipe used for hydraulic cylinder. !!!
