Shandong Wantong Hydraulic Co., Ltd is one of the biggest hydraulic cylinder manufacturer in China, specialized in design, R & D and manufacturing of hydraulicmachinery products etc, with its annual production capaciy of 200000 sets.My company with 600 employees in it ,covers an area of 180000 square meters.There are 700 sets of mnufacturing equipment. Our company invested 10 million RMB in two cold drawing lines, one is 200 tons and the other is 320 tons with acid cleaning, phosphatization, heat treatment and alignment cutting.
Machining Equipmnet
Horizontal Lathe:
The maximum workpiece rotation diameter for machining is Ø 1600mm, the maximum workpiece rotation diameter for tool holder is Ø 1250mm, and the maximum workpiece length is 6m.
CNC vertical lathe:
With a maximum processing capacity of Ø 1600mm. It mainly processes large disc and cover parts. Such as the outer circle, inner hole, internal thread, external thread, sealing gear, etc. of the end face of the piston/gland.
External grinding machine:
The external grinding accuracy is IT5-IT6, the roughness is Ra 0.1-0.4, the grinding diameter is Ф 800mm, and the grinding length is within 6m.
Deep hole boring/scraping rolling machine:
It is mainly used for machining inner holes in cylinder bodies, with the ability to machine inner holes with the diameter of less than Ф 630mm and the length of less than 6m.
Every piece of hydraulic cylinder are processed through dozens of steps, including raw material processing, cylinder assembly, painting, etc. Each step is indispensable, and we also have advanced processing equipment to ensure that the processing dimensions of raw materials meet the requirements of product production.
Quality Inspection
Raw Material Inspection:
The material of raw materials is detected by carbon and sulfur analyzers and spectrometers.
Material Performance Inspection:
The tensile strength, yield strength, hardness and other properties of the material are tested by the material tensile test bench,Brinell hardness tester, Vickers hardness tester and other equipment.
Process Inspection:
The geometric shape, shape and position tolerance and finish of semi-finished products are detected by three coordinates,
profilometer and ultrasonic roughness meter.
Chrome Plating Control:
The thickness, hardness and corrosion resistance of the product coating are tested by ultrasonic hardness tester, ultrasonic thickness gauge and salt spray test bench.
Every piece of hydraulic cylinder are tested and will send out only after they are pasted the each test. Our company has abundant technical force and perfect testing means.
