Product Introduction:
1.The main function of the outrigger cylinder is to provide support. By controlling its extension and retraction, it helps stabilize the mechanical equipment on the ground, improving stability and balance during operation, and reducing the risk of tilting or vibration.
2·The lock plate cylinder is driven by the hydraulic system to automatically raise, lower, and secure the locking plate of the tank-handling vehicle, ensuring cargo stability and safety during transportation. During loading/unloading, the cylinder lowers the plate for smooth operations; afterward, it raises and locks the plate to secure the cargo.
3·The steering cylinder provides steering force to control the vehicle's direction during movement, enabling flexible maneuverability.
4·Located in the tilting mechanism, the tilting cylinder controls the rotation of the tank to unload materials. After operation, it returns to its initial position.
5·Mounted on the upper sides of the vehicle body, the top cover cylinder controls the opening/closing of the vehicle's roof cover, pushing it out or retracting it.
6·As a core component of the hydraulic system, the boom cylinder drives and controls the movement of the boom. Through extension/retraction, it lifts or releases the tank.
