Product Description and Specification

•The hydraulic system of the compression garbage truck is an open system, which is supplied by a double gear pump. The power of the gear pump comes from the engine, transmission and power take-off box.

• The power box adopts pneumatic clutch, which is completed by manipulating the electric control knob switch in the cab.

• Oil suction and oil return filters are respectively set up at the oil suction port and oil return port of the oil tank to keep

the working oil supplied to the hydraulic system clean and reduce system failures caused by oil pollution.

• The gear pump provides high-pressure oil into the multi-way directional valve, and manipulates the multi-way directional valve to complete the operation of the corresponding mechanism.

•Electric through PLC or button control the preparation of operating procedures to control the electrical switch or

electro-hydraulic control multi-way valve, complete garbage dumping, extrusion, unloading various cycles of action.

Q2:Hydraulic cylinder internal leakage?
A: There are 3 main reasons causing internal leakage : Overload, polishing is not well controlled, bad seal kits. As is known to all, vehicles in China are often overload,our products all designed to bear the overload power. We have numerical control machine to assure the polish processing. And we use the imported seals to meet customers' demands.

Q3:Does your piston rod get ruptured easily?
A: Hard chrome plating quenched and tempered 45# steel for piston rod to assure sufficient hardness and toughness.
